Written in March 2018, when Alyson Hallett was poet in residence at Castello di Potentino, this book is a reflection of her time studying the castle and the wild nature of the Golden Bowl- the valley that surrounds Potentino, on the slopes of Monte Amiata, the second highest volcano in Italy.
